X's in wonderland.

"I'm investigating things that begin with the letter 'M', moron." said the Mad Hatter.

True, I've watched Alice's in Wonderland. The visual effect weren't exactly amazing, though there were quite exciting falling and flying scenes (if you're watching the 3D show) The humorous dialogues weren't exactly a lot, or maybe just not enough for laughters. So, it's a moderate movie I say.

But the quotes are memorable enough. And I just love the Mad Hatter.

"Alice, have you any idea why a raven is like a writing desk?"

And you see, the Red Queen is quite a cute character if she's wasn't just that bossy and annoying. I love her big red head, really.

"Off with their heads!"

Who wouldn't remember this line of hers?

And Alice Kingsley.

She's not as beautiful as her families said so in the movie. She looks too white, too pale to be called as beautiful. (Note: definitely not criticizing Edward Cullen, he's a vampire so it doesn't count) But when she let down her hair, it's more prettier. And I love her with the costume she wore during Fradjous Day!

"Have I gone mad?"
"I'm afraid so. You're entirely bonkers. But I'll tell you a secret. All the best people are."

exhilarating!

Finally, 2012. It was absolutely, bizarrely entertaining and exhilarating! After 'The Independence Day' and 'The Day After Tomorrow', 2012, is like a blast. Junior Koh commented, "It's like watching how people dying and dying in different countries." Yeah sort of. Like in Los Angeles, how the earth crust starts to break apart and the buildings split into half, people falling down into the deep valley. Like in India, how the tsunami splashed over the whole country. Like in Hawaii, how hot the lavas seem as the volcanoes explodes. I'M JUST SO WOW.

Besides, the movie includes some of the comedy lines, I guess to relax down people.

"The Governor just said everything is going to be fine ... "
"That guy is an actor! He's reading a script!" ... "When he says we're safe, that's when we run!"
(on tv) "We're safe now ..." Then the earth quake started.

And the President of Russia's son looked so damn annoying, especially with their damn hair. haha! In the end, aah the happy ending, as they walked out and finally saw the bright sunny sky. How nice. And not to forget, Time For Miracle by Adam Lambert at the credits. Even better, of course!

I was counting the numbers of people wearing scarf. I know, silly me. Cause it was my first time, and honestly, I never saw people wearing like that before. So, I was pretty afraid that I might get weird looks on me. But, I counted, exactly 10. So it's a trend now, I guess! But the scarf did a lot of help when I was shivering and freezing in the cinema. Well, as always.

Had dinner @Manhattan Fish. Sister wouldn't stop singing the different version of Santa Claus Is Coming To Town, as named Christmas Under The Sea. And the salmon stinks! I wonder how does people even eat them raw, oh god the smell.

Got back home by 2 something. What a show it was. Today morning, woke up almost by noon, had brunch @Mines Hotel. I wore my high heels for the first time ever, I guess the last time too. You have to worry about every step. And when we're walking down the slope, like oh my god. But it does felt pretty different, cause I'm 4 inches taller! Of course, no need to mention, I'm so in pain. Thank god I brought along my sneakers, gee my lifesaver.

"Mom, you planned to come to this Book Fest, I'm sure you also getting ready to spend money right?" I'm absolutely overjoyed, cause we spent a lot of bucks, really. Even though only 7 books. I don't count that as many, compared to the others, so unbelievable, those book-lovers.

I'm so gonna finish off A Walk To Remember by Nicholas Spark tonight! Wheee.

Oh and before I leave,

Gotta introduce you all to read Hairul's own written story. The story characters, you'll find them familiar! But you'll definitely know them as soon as you get along with story. He's done with Chapter One: Bad Day Goes Good. I truly can't wait for the second chapter :D

back to how it used to be.

So today morning I went back to my primary school, Yoke Nam for sister's Prize Giving Ceremony. Yoke Nam had changed so beautifully since I graduated! Anyway, so smart ass sister got the second place in her class. *jealous stare*

Roxanne, the third place and Sister.

Mommy and Sister.

Sister and Yours Truly.

Sindy, the first place and Sister.

It felt so familiar singing the school song once again. And I was amazed by how great the students sang. Compared to our school's, you wouldn't even believe how big the difference is. I wonder why our school's student doesn't enjoy like how primary kids do.

Besides, I was so proud when the principal announced that Yoke Nam was the highest full-As scorers for UPSR in Kuala Lumpur. That is just so great. 55 full A-s! I'm like seriously, wow. The result absolutely flew up so high. What a big improvement! The next badge definitely need to work harder than usual already.

And then, I finally watched Transformer 2 yesterday night. It was ... breathtaking. As Autobots and Decepticon fought, yes it was really breathtaking. When Optimus Prime died, I said, "He will come back to life definitely, as always." And yes he did, again in the end. As if he will never die, can't the Decepticon just tear him apart? lol. When the NEST team was fighting, dad said, "The humans make no difference being there. It's like only the Autobots are fighting." I laughed. Yeah, partly true though.

But I think another reason the movie was breathtaking is because of Megan Fox. Who can restrain from her hotness? Nobody can take their eyes of her! She's ...

She's ... just so hot! Like really so!

And this girl she was so wild, but I absolutely did not thought she was transformed from a Decepticon. Her robotic tongue, omg, just so ew.

Kok Jun, I'm absolutely not a match for Megan Fox, obviously, haha.

The Notebook.

I got madly insane watching The Notebook. In the end, it's absolutely impossible to fight back the tears. I'm drowning! Such an emotional story.

"Summer romances end for all kinds of reasons. But when all is said and done, they have one thing in common: They are shooting stars, a spectacular moment of light in the heavens, a fleeting glimpse of eternity. And in a flash, they’re gone," says Noah.

"Oh how your fingers drowse me. Your breath falls around me like dew. Your pulse lulls the tympans of my ears. I feel a merge from head to foot, delicious enough," written in one of Noah's diary.

"You arrogant son of a bitch!"
"Would you just stay with me?"
"Stay with you? What for? Look at us, we’re already fighting."
"Well, that’s what we do. We fight. You tell me when I’m being an arrogant son of a bitch and I tell you when you’re being a pain in the ass, which you are 99% of the time. I’m not afraid to hurt your feelings. They have like a two seconds rebound rate and you’re back doing the next pain-in-the-ass thing."
"So what?"
"So it’s not gonna be easy. It’s gonna be really hard. And we’re gonna have to work at this everyday, but I wanna do that, because I want you. I want all of you, forever, you and me, every day. Will you do something for me? Please? Will you just picture your life for me? 30 years from now, 40 years from now, what’s it looks like? If it’s with that guy, go! Go! I lost you once. I think I could do it again, if I thought it’s want you really wanted. But don’t you take the easy way out."
"What easy way? There’s no easy way, no matter what I do, somebody gets hurt."
"Would you stop thinking about what everyone wants? Stop thinking about what I want, what he wants, what your parents what. What do you want? What do you want?"
"It’s not that simple."
"What do you what?"
"It’s not –"
"God damn it, what do you want?"

Jee, Noah is so sweet.

She had come back to his life like a sudden flame, blazing and streaming into his heart. Noah stayed up all night contemplating the agony he knew would be his, if he were to lose her twice.

My dearest Allie, I couldn’t sleep last night because I know that it’s over between us. I’m not bitter anymore because I know what we had was real. And if in some distant place in the future, we see each other in our new lives. I’ll smile at you with joy and remember how we spent the summer beneath the trees, learning from each other and growing in love. The best love is the kind that awakens the soul and makes us reach for more, that plants a fire in our hearts and brings peace to our minds. And that’s what you’ve given me. That’s what I hope to give to you forever. I love you. I’ll be seeing you, Noah.

I broke down so hard at this part.

Vivian Chong, lend me The Notebook!

"Of course."
"I thought you’ve forgotten."
"I never forgot. Not for one moment. I knew I’d find you in the end. It’s our destiny."
"Destiny."

"Come away with me."
"Away where? And live on what?"
"Love. Come away with me … now."

"I knew you’d be watching."
"I thought we’d meet again only in death."
"This is our destiny."

a walk to remember, definitely.

[/edited]
I'm drowned by my own tears. A Walk To Remember is so sad yet touching at the same time!

Jamie: "You know what I figured out today?"
Landon: "What?"
Jamie: "Maybe God has a bigger plan for me, than I had for myself. Like this journey never ends. Like you were sent to me because I'm sick. To help me through all this. You're my angel."

Landon: "Are you scared?"
Jamie: "To death?" (Landon looks upset)
Jamie: "Lighten up."
Landon: "It's not funny."
Jamie: "I'm scared of not being with you."
Landon: "Oh baby, that will never happen ... I'll be here."

Jamie: "I'm sick."
Landon: "I'll take you home. You'll be better tomorrow ..."
Jamie: "No, Landon! I'm sick. I have Leukemia."
Landon: "No. You're 18. You - you're perfect."
Jamie: "No! I found out two years ago and I've stopped responding to treatments."
Landon: "So why didn't you tell me?"
Jamie: "The doctor said I should go on and live life normally as best I could. I - I didn't want anybody to be weird around me."
Landon: "Including me?"
Jamie: "ESPECIALLY YOU!" (Jamie looks down, Landon gets upset)
Jamie: "You know, I was getting along with everything fine. I accepted it, and then you happened! I do not need a reason to be angry with God." (Jamie runs away)

Aah, Only Hope by Mandy Moore.

There's a song that's inside of my soul
It's the one that I've tried to write over and over again
I'm awake in the infinite cold
But you sing to me over and over and over again

So I lay my head back down and I lift my hands and pray
To be only yours I pray, to be only yours I know now
You're my only hope

Sing to me the song of the stars
Of your galaxy dancing and laughing and laughing again
When it feels like my dreams so far
Sing to me of the plans that you have for me over again

So I lay my head back down and I lift my hands and pray
To be only yours I pray, to be only yours I know now
You're my only hope

I give you my destiny, I'm giving you all of me
I want your symphony singing in all that I am
At the top of my lungs I'm giving it back

So I lay my head back down and I lift my hands and pray
To be only yours I pray, to be only yours I pray
To be only yours I know now you're my only hope

How long do you think it takes to fall in love?

单眼皮 SEPET Slit Eye
One Chinese Boy.One Malay Girl. One Unforgettable Love Story.

19-year old Ah Loong (who also called himself "Jason") is in charge of a stall selling pirated VCDs. Contrary to the stereotype of his social standing, Ah Loong is an incurable romantic with an unlikely hobby: He loves to read and write poetry. Quite content to carry on being the Romeo of the slums, Ah Loong's life takes a sudden turn one day when a Malay schoolgirl, Orked, arrives at his stall. She is in search of films starring her favorite actor Takeshi Kaneshiro (金城武). Love blossoms between Orked and Ah Loong, although there are social and racial pressures that stand in their way.

In the end, Ah Loong is involved in a motor vehicle accident while Orked is going to England to pursue her studies. It is not clear if he lived or died until the sequel, Gubra which shows that Jason really did die. After the credits finish rolling however, Orked is shown wearing a wedding ring sleeping beside Jason, who also has a wedding ring. In Mukhsin, Jason and the adult Orked are shown to be living together. However, the adult Orked is not called by her name in this scene as the young Orked is.

falling slowly, slowly.

How often do you find the right person? once.

Falling Slowly is sang by Glen Hansard and Markéta Irglová in the movie 'Once'. Here's the plot for the movie, it may be long but may be worth for you to read.

An unnamed, thirty-something Dublin busker (listed in the credits as "Guy," played by Glen Hansard) sings and plays guitar on Grafton Street, a Dublin shopping district. He struggles with the trials of performing on the street, including chasing after a heroin addict (Darren Healy) who attempts to steal his earnings. Lured by his music, an unnamed young Czech immigrant flower seller (listed in the credits as "Girl," played by Markéta Irglová) approaches him and, despite his annoyance, persists in questioning him about his songs. Delighted to learn that he also repairs vacuum cleaners in his father's shop, she insists that he fix her broken vacuum.

The next day she brings her Hoover by and parlays it into lunch together, whereupon she piques his interest by telling him that she is a musician, too. He asks to hear her play, so they visit a music store where she regularly plays piano. After teaching her one of his songs ("Falling Slowly"), which she quickly learns to play, they sing and play the song together, kindling a musical and potentially romantic connection. He invites her and her ailing vacuum back to his father's shop, and on the bus home musically answers her question as to what his songs are about: a long-time girlfriend who cheated on him, then left ("Broken Hearted Hoover Fixer Sucker Guy").

At the shop, he repairs her vacuum and she meets his father (Bill Hodnett), who seems indifferent to his son's musical talent. The Guy takes the Girl up to his room, but when he asks her to stay the night, she is insulted and leaves. The next day, he apologizes and they quickly patch things up, as over the course of a week they excitedly write, rehearse and record songs, and get to know each other. Songs continue to be performed in a real-world, diegetic fashion, often in their entirety, as when the Girl rehearses her lyrics for one of the Guy's songs (which she entitles "If You Want Me"), singing to herself while walking down the street, or when at a party, people perform impromptu (including "Gold," performed by a trio featuring guitarist Hansard singing harmony).

Their flirtation continues, but at the same time, he is thinking about and writing about ("Lies") his ex-girlfriend (Marcella Plunkett), who moved to London. The Girl encourages him to move there, win his girlfriend back and pursue his musical career. Invited home to dinner by the Girl, the Guy discovers that she has a toddler (Kate Haugh) and lives with her mother (Danuse Ktrestova). He soon decides that it is time to move to London, but he wants to make a high-quality demo of his songs to take with him and asks the Girl to record it with him. She takes the lead as they secure a bank loan—from a bank where the loan officer (Sean Miller) is a musical hobbyist—and reserve time at a professional studio.

On a romantic motorbike jaunt, she reveals, much to his consternation, that she is married, though her estranged husband is back in the Czech Republic. When Guy asks if she still loves her husband, she answers in Czech, "Miluju tebe",[7] but coyly declines to translate what she said. After recruiting a trio of musicians (Gerard Hendrick, Alaistair Foley, Hugh Walsh), they rehearse, then go into the studio to record. Their lack of experience shows, but they quickly impress the jaded studio engineer Eamon (Geoff Minogue) once they begin recording their first song ("When Your Mind's Made Up"). On a break in the wee hours of the morning, the Girl finds a piano in an empty studio and finally plays the Guy one of her own compositions ("The Hill"), which tells of romantic frustration. She breaks down before finishing the song and he responds by asking her to come with him to London, but is not prepared for the reality of her mother coming along to help with the baby.

Still, he is smitten. After the all-night session wraps up successfully, they walk home. Before they part ways, the Girl reveals that she spoke to her husband and he is coming to live with her in Dublin. The Guy asks her to spend his last night in Dublin with him; she says that it would only result in "hanky-panky," which is a "bad idea", but after the Guy's pestering she ultimately agrees to come over. In the end, she stands him up and he cannot find her to say goodbye before his flight. He plays the demo for his father, who, moved and impressed, gives him money to help him get settled in London. Before leaving for the airport, the Guy buys the Girl a piano and makes arrangements for its delivery, then calls his ex-girlfriend, who is happy about his imminent arrival. The Girl's husband (Senan Haugh) moves to Dublin and they reunite.

So, these are all the soundtracks from the movie 'Once',

1. "Falling Slowly" by Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglová
2. "If You Want Me" by Irglová and Hansard
3. "Broken Hearted Hoover Fixer Sucker Guy" by Hansard
4. "When Your Mind's Made Up" by Hansard and Irglová
5. "Lies" by Hansard and Irglová
6. "Gold" by Interference
7. "The Hill" by Irglová
8. "Fallen from the Sky" by Hansard
9. "Leave" by Hansard
10. "Trying to Pull Myself Away" by Hansard
11. "All the Way Down" by Hansard
12. "Once" by Hansard and Irglová
13. "Say It to Me Now" by Hansard
14. "And the Healing Has Begun" by Hansard
15. "Into the Mystic" by Hansard and Irglová

I personally love Falling Slowly (it's so stuck in my head), Lies, Gold (so irish-ly!), The Hill (omg, Marketa's voice is such tender! god.), Fallen From The Sky, and Leave!

I seriously can't wait to watch this, even though it's already out 3 years back.

My beating heart belongs to you.

I finished My Sassy Girl, and I can barely utter a word now.

If we never see each other again, and you’re out walking one day,
And you feel certain presence beside you.
That will be me, loving you wherever I am.

Neither can I express my feelings after I read your letter. You deserve to be the winner for the competition more than I am. I overwrote and it made a so-great comparison between our letters. Oh yes, you can laugh at me now! :D

And, I would have rather stayed longer in your arms if I could.

Destiny, is the bridge you build to the one you love.

I guess that mom was thinking I was studying, so hard as I locked myself up in the study room for the whole afternoon. But, hell-no. I was so into watching My Sassy Girl. But only managed to watch about ten chapters. Gosh, it's such a romantic yet funny movie! ahh, I can't wait to finish it. Here's some of the lines I find beautiful (is that adjective corrently used?) in the movie,

"Okay, alright, on the reasons to stop seeing her side, we have ... one, plugged going physical danger. Two, high lightly broken hearted. Three, career sabotage. Four, she is critically insane. FIVE! She seems to enjoy my pain. Six, fourteen piece of match sets of … of fluid leotard of Oceana garbage. Seven, I haven’t even kissed her yet, for god sakes! Eight, she’s ruining my life."

"And the reasons to keep seeing her?"
(Charlie raised one finger) "I’m in love with her."

"I can’t let you just give your life and your brain to those people!"
"I want to give my life and my brain to those people!"
"No you don’t, just think of it, me saving you from yourself."
"I see."
"Come on Charlie, that’s why human beings exist! To save each other from ourselves."

"If I chose to stay with her, knowing the risks, all I like to do is to give her love and respect, and see how the story would end."

"I didn’t hear from her for a couple of weeks, 3 weeks actually, 4 days, 9 hours, 20 minutes, 6 and a half second. Roughly."

"First, don’t let her drink, when she does, use the fireman’s carry. Be prepared to go to jail, don’t expect a lot of help from her dad. Whatever you think is going to happen next, you’re wrong. When her feet hurt, exchange shoes with her. Learn to say the following phrase over and over again to yourself: "It’s all part of the charm ..." On your 33rd Day together, bring her a single rose. Give it to her in her recital class. If she says she’s going to kill you, don’t assume. It’s a metaphor! She likes to write. Encourage her and finally your time with her will be the happiest you have in your life, enjoy every second."

My god, tears are drowning me.

please, help me.

Yew Onn is insanely in love with Xiang Ting! (:
And it makes me turn into green-eyed monster. Guess what he said (I should have print-screened down the conversation with) He said, "ting and I slept in the same room." "And we bath together." "With bikini only." "She is so perfect! and sexy!" "And I wouldn't stop looking at her." oh god, guess they really had an awesome honeymoon there.

Watched BOLT, starring John Travolta and Miley Cyrus. Tears overwhelmed once again (I wonder why I used to cry that much these days) Well, it was seriously a touching movie. I rate 8/10! Bolt was so cute when he's little, aww.

I went to bed with tears again. Help, I'm dying here, alone.

Empty Frames, Neyo.
I can feel the raindrops slowly falling
And they calling for, they keep calling for
My knight in shining armour
Come and save me, cause im drowning in pain

I've been hurt by his mistakes
So come and take me away
I put him first, I thought he'd stay
But he couldn't weather the storm, so he left me the rain

Over time, pictures fade
All that's left are these empty frames
Sleepless nights, and stormy days
I've got proof that people change
And all that's left are these empty frames
All that's left are these empty ...

Can you hear these teardrops in my pillow?
They keep falling cause
I kept falling for your dozen thorny roses
Now I'm bleeding and I'm lonely again

Now I'm hurt, it's my mistake
I should have known right away
I put him first, I thought he'd stay
But he couldn't weather the storm
So he left me the rain

Over time, pictures fade
All that's left are these empty frames
Sleepless nights, and stormy days
I've got proof that people change
Long after the smiles all fade away
All this endless pain, all this empty space

Sleepless nights, and stormy days
I've got proof that people change
Over time, pictures fade
And all that's left are these empty frames

Over time, pictures fade
All that's left are these empty frames
Sleepless nights, and stormy days
All that's left are these empty ...

Over time, pictures fade
And all that's left are these empty frames
Sleepless nights, and stormy days
I've got proof that people change

All that's left are these empty frames
All that's left are these empty frames

i can stand no more.

I am bored,
I am bored,
I am bored,
I am bored,
I am bored! shit.

Everyone has their own great trips to go, but I only stayed at home. I stared and stared at the window screen for don't know 0318940391840 hours. Luckily, I managed to find some awesome nice song and finally finally finally (x10) downloaded Window Live Messenger the newest version! I seriously can't believe it, I got to use my hotmail once again people.

Everything is just so different and obviously way prettier than the last version. (HA!) I love it, love it, love it.

Started on history project, (done the front page only actually :P) asked for uncle's wedding photos (taken by pros!) for the civic project. I wouldn't stop screaming "omg, so nice!" "omg, look! look!" "see the difference between mine and the pros!" "yer yer yer." Until mom whacked me (lol!)

p/s: So sorry for repeating words for so many times, got excited manz.

Watched TRANSPORTER 3! It was actually better than I expected (well I quite forgotten what's with 1 and 2, so yeah) I rate 8/10 :) And Jason Statham is so so so (x10) freaking hot manz! I like it when he helps Tina to wear her seatbelts (:D) And I got sort of freaked out when they both suddenly fought in the car, then I only realized she was eating pills (!)

My jaw was hanging in the air when he drove his car between two lorries. So awesomely cool, manz! Hoping to watch Crank starring Jason Statham too!

Here are lyrics for the songs in my playlist, enjoy yo.
Told You So, Jesse Mccartney.
Looking at you now I can tell
That you and your new relationship ain't going well
There's no reason your name should come up on my cell
Unless you're unhappy but that shouldn't be the case

Cause you said, said he was the one
Baby yes you said, said you were in love
Cause when you left me you said that you wouldn't be
Coming back remember that but I never agreed

I hate to say it but I told you so
Told you if you left that you were gonna be miserable
Guess he don't do it like me or else you wouldn't be
Running back to the past it was you that left me
I hate to say it but you know I'm right
Everytime you're up be calling for me late at night
But now that you ain't got me tell me where you gon' be
Cause I can't take you back no, my heart won't let me

Girl you know he can't touch like I do
I don't see you tripping or flipping over his moves
Don't take a genius to see he ain't that dude
But you let him back you don't know what you was on

When you said, said he was the one
Baby yes you said, said you were in love
Cause when you left me you said that you wouldn't be
Coming back remember that but I never agreed

I hate to say it but I told you so
Told you if you left that you were gonna be miserable
Guess he don't do it like me or else you wouldn't be
Running back to the past it was you that left me
I hate to say it but you know I'm right
Everytime you're up be calling for me late at night
But now that you ain't got me tell me where you gon' be
Cause I can't take you back no my heart won't let me

You fall on hard times it seems
But you ain't getting no sympathy
No baby not from me
Cause I told you you should never leave
See you chose this road so you gotta go it alone
Remember I told you so

I hate to say it but I told you so
Told you if you left that you were gonna be miserable
Guess he don't do it like me or else you wouldn't be
Running back to the past it was you that left me
I hate to say it but you know I'm right
Everytime you're up be calling for me late at night
But now that you ain't got me tell me where you gon' be
Cause I can't take you back no, my heart won't let me

Time to Love, Chris Brown.
A material girl in her own world,
Can't even see the things shes missing,
Body in the curve, a little girl, wanting to grow up and be a star
Take a look around they aren't looking down
All these things have blurred your vision
Material things don't out run to nothing
But I know how you feel, its hard to see who's real?

It takes time,
Living in a world when you don't know who's to trust
Next time,
Slow it down there ain't no bill you have to rush
It'll be fine, takes time
Takes time to love

And now imma tell the truth, when it comes to you my lady
And its a miracle you have found the conscious baby
I had a plan on leaving
You came and gave a reason and now I know the reason why
But I know how you feel it's hard to see who's real

It takes time,
Living in a world when you don't know who's to trust
Next time,
Slow it down there ain't no bill you have to rush
It'll be fine, takes time
Takes time to love

can you hear these teardrops in my pillow?
they keep falling cause,
I kept falling for your dozen thorny roses. - Empty Frames, Neyo.
